An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for a Biodiversity Ranger within the Motueka district team. We are seeking a technically competent and enthusiastic ranger to help deliver our biodiversity work. A key focus of this role will be delivery of the threatened plant and weed control programmes across the district. You would be an important part of the team leading and undertaking the work, analysing and reporting and helping to plan future work. You will draw on your excellent people skills to advocate for conservation, working both with back-country community groups and local restoration initiatives by volunteers on conservation land.
