This is an entry level ranger role working across the Whangarei district.  You will be based in the Heritage and Visitor team however as a generalist ranger, you have the advantage of contributing to multiple areas of work programmes where no two days are the same. One day you can be cutting and clearing tracks and the next you could be helping deliver a pest control programme or speaking with community groups about conservation awareness.
