The Realty Specialist Interns will analyze legal documents, including deeds, easements, railroad rights of ways, and other agreements to determine parties with legal interest (i.e., fee ownership or easement) and rehabilitation and maintenance responsibilities for rail bridges within several National Park Service (NPS) units.
