Context of the Position

The HR Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the full-life cycle CBF recruitment and onboarding process including interviewing & hiring policies, procedures and protocols.  Ensures that internal employment procedures are properly maintained and communicated to staff. Position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization, is sensitive to employee goodwill and the business needs of the organization and is a critical thinker in order to identify and implement successful recruitment strategies specific to each open position.   Salary: Base salary starts at $45,000 but is negotiable.
