Job Purpose To make a leading contribution to bioinformatics and statistical analysis of a project recently funded by the Leverhulme Trust, entitled “What can you learn from a fly? Biting insects as noninvasive samplers”. We seek an exceptional post-doctoral candidate to work with Professor Barbara Mable and Dr Harriet Auty, in the Institute of Biodiversity, Animal Health and Comparative Medicine (IBAHCM). Specifically, the job requires expert knowledge in database mining, processing and analysing omics datasets, and a specific focus on methods development.
