The incumbent is a Research Ecologist/Research Entomologist in the Pollinator Health in Southern Crop Ecosystem Research Unit (PHSCERU) and Southern Pollinators Health Center (HPSC) in Stoneville, Mississippi. The new Research Unit will focus on how to improve both honey bee and native bee health as well as improving natural habitat and minimizing risk to stressors including pesticides and pests in a way that is beneficial to both beekeepers and farmers. This position will provide exciting opportunities for professional growth while contributing to and shaping the future direction of this newly formed unit.
