Natural England is seeking to recruit a professional and highly motivated individual to work as a Reserve Manager. The successful candidate will be a member of both Natural England’s North Pennines NNR team and the wider Northumbria Area Team which cover Northumberland, Durham Tyne & Wear and Teesside. On a daily basis he/she will work with the Senior Reserve Manager, the NNR Reserve Manager working primarily at Moor House Upper Teesdale NNR, but with some responsibilities at Muckle Moss and Derwent Gorge & Muggleswick NNRs. Typical working pattern will be 37 hours per week, Mon-Thursday 8.15am to 4.15pm and Friday 8.15 – 4pm, but also possibly including a monthly weekend volunteer group tasks and some weekend and evening events for the public.
