Bat Conservation International (BCI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending bat extinctions worldwide, seeks an Acoustic Technician to join BCI’s Science Team. The Acoustic Technician will join a dynamic organization and a highly progressive team of conservation scientists, reporting to the Fat Bat Project Coordinator. The Acoustic Technician will conduct fieldwork for a project aimed at determining whether experimental plots of native prairie plant communities targeted to increase insect pollinators also increase nocturnal insect prey for white-nose syndrome-impacted bats at a utility right-of-way site in West Virginia.
