We are looking for a motivated and experienced person to join out England Volunteering Development team. Volunteering is pivitol for the success of the RSPB, we simply could not save nature without volunteers. With over 12,000 volunteers giving their time and talents regularly, it is so important that we ensure our large workforce are being well supported so they are having a quality volunteering experience, gaining enjoyment and satisfaction from what they do. We are looking for someone with experience working with volunteers, preferably in a leadership role. You will enjoy working with people and seeing how you can have a positive impact on our activities on the ground.
