Working on two of the RSPB's most important sites you'll help to explore new ways to engage with a variety of audiences and connecting them with the RSPB. The role is fundamental in ensuring that we have the highest quality of visitor experience for both new and existing audiences. The Aire Valley Visitor Experience Manager post is responsible for leading, developing and delivering our visitor experience across our Aire Valley operations which includes RSPB Fairburn Ings and RSPB St Aidan's Reserves. This will also involve delivering and growing our events programme which currently includes guided walks, Big Wild Sleep Outs and smaller activities and events at both
