We are looking for a highly motivated and competent individual to take up the post of Warden on The Oa, Isle of Islay. This is a great opportunity for someone to utilise and develop existing skills and to acquire new skills and knowledge. If you want a challenge in a wild, remote and beautiful landscape, then look no further. The Oa reserve comprises over 2000ha of coastal grassland, cliffs, lochs and moorland with management for chough at its core. In addition, the reserve hosts an array of specialist raptors, waders, invertebrates and flora. Livestock farming plays a vital role in the management of this landscape and it's associated species. As such we manage the farming business in hand, running a mixture of native and commercial breeds of cattle and sheep. You will work alongside
