This is an exciting time to join the RSPB, we are looking for a Visitor Operations Development Manager to lead the the new Visitor Operations Consultancy. The remit of this team is to lead the visitor operations strategy to ensure outstanding visitor experience is delivered and commercial targets are achieved across the UK nature reserves network. You will have: •Extensive knowledge and experience in the development of visitor experience across visitor attractions or similar; with a detailed understanding of the elements that drive excellence in visitor operations to ensure an exemplar visitor offer is consistently delivered. •With excellent commercial acumen, you will be accustomed to setting commercial strategy and leading multi-site teams to achieve goals and objectives.
