The RSPB Ecology team are seeking two Ecologists to play a key role in ensuring RSPB nature reserves are managed to safeguard and enhance their conservation value. The Ecologists will be part of a wider UK team consisting of 19 ecologists and 2 archaeologists who between them are responsible for providing both strategic and day to day ecological advice on 220 reserves totalling in excess of 158,000 ha. You will annually audit the ecological performance of reserves, authorise the ecological content of management plans and advise on objectives and targets.
