The RSPB's Supporter Services Wildlife team are looking for 2 supporter advisers. One joining on a permanent contract. Another adviser on a contacted 12 month role, who will also provide administrative support to the Membership team. We are looking for someone who can work effectively, courteously and enthusiastically with RSPB supporters, professionals, staff and the general public on the phone, via email, letters, and other customer service methods. We are also looking for someone who has a good understanding of UK wildlife.
