This post offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to climb onto the next rung of the conservation ladder or for someone with experience who wishes to learn more and be involved with a new set of conservation challenges. This post involves a wide, varied and exciting set of tasks working at two distinctly different yet equally beautiful nature reserves - Airds Moss with the continuation of the extensive blanket bog restoration projects already underway and Baron's Haugh, which is in a quasi-urban location on the edge of Motherwell where we are engaging with a diverse audience to bring them closer to the fascinating nature on their doorstep - each site presenting a unique set of challenges. Your time will be split equally between the two reserves and in your role as Assistant Warden
