The Central Highland Reserves are a diverse suite of reserves around Inverness and the Moray Firth. The small busy team that look after the reserves is based at the North Scotland Regional Office in Inverness. We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual to deliver works for a LIFE+ funded project at Nigg Bay, Udale Bay and Culbin Sands with the ambition to move these designated reserves into favourable condition. This will involve applying herbicide treatment to Spartina anglica at Nigg Bay and Udale Bay, as well as surveying the wider Cromarty Firth for the plant over the spring and summer. During the winter the work will focus on removing trees, scrub and invasive non-native species from the sand dunes and vegetated shingle. To achieve this, you will need to build
