Position Description: The San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI) seeks an environmental scientist or engineer to join the Clean Water program. We are an interdisciplinary team investigating environmental contaminants, nutrient biogeochemistry and ecosystem responses, emerging contaminants, green infrastructure, and other topics in the San Francisco Bay and Delta. The scientist will work on projects within the Bay RMP, the Delta RMP, the Nutrient Management Strategy, and other Clean Water projects. We are looking for a candidate who is a self starter, enjoys working on different types of projects, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys both office and field work.
