Job Description:  The sanctuary director is responsible for the overall success of NJ Audubon program activities, conservation priorities, donor cultivation/fundraising, and operations at the sanctuary.  The sanctuary encompasses 300 acres and several buildings.  The sanctuary director is actively involved in NJ Audubon’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ).  The sanctuary director is expected to maintain, grow, and promote center-based programming that reflects the NJ Audubon mission and meets the needs of our members, our community, and the region.
