Position Summary: Under supervision from the Manager of Global IT, the desktop analyst performs general troubleshooting and repair of all The School for Field Studies tier 1 issues. Responsible for the maintenance and support of end-users at school headquarters (~25 users, 6 servers) and 9 international field stations (8-15 workstations per site + 1 server per site). This includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of school network equipment, network servers, cabling, client computers, printers, peripherals, desktop and network applications, Windows domain infrastructure, and Internet connections.
