The School of Marine and Environmental Affairs (SMEA) at the University of Washington (UW), in collaboration with the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, is looking for a post-doctoral research fellow to contribute to a research project investigating the economics of conservation planning for salmon recovery in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Conservation planning for Pacific salmon is particularly difficult given their complex life histories, the complex set of threats they face, and the diverse set of stakeholders dependent on salmon and their habitats.
