The Marine Policy & Advice Officer will lead production of Marine Protected Area (MPA) assessments to support the development of MPA management plans in the Outer Hebrides and Argyll. Scotland’s MPA network plays an important role in helping conserve our marine environment but further work is required to ensure that the network is well-managed. This post is part of the INTERREG VA funded MarPAMM* project aimed at delivering conservation and other benefits for Argyll and the Outer Hebrides, integrating management of MPAs with wider marine planning.
