About the role In this role you will take responsibility for ensuring the continual development and innovation within the display’s areas (we have over 50 displays!). Working with the Curator you will lead and motivate the team of Aquarists to undertake the vital day to day tasks involved in caring for our amazing creatures, from Little Penguins (Eudyptula minor), to looking after our seahorse nursery which includes weedy sea dragons and the amazing Broadclub Cuttlefish, we have over a thousand species here and lots of life support systems to take care of! You will also help manage and support the team to achieve their own potential.
