Summary: Part-time and Full-time positions are available This position is mainly a public education position that includes general maintenance of the Blue Ocean Discovery Center building and exhibits. Required. This position is ideal for high school or college students looking to gain experience in environmental education or marine biology-related fields. General Responsibilities: 
  • Educate guests on Gulf of Maine species, environmental issues, and solutions.
  • Facilitate proper animal handling and respectful behavior at the touch tank
  • Assist in animal care duties such as feeding and tank cleaning
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Blue Ocean Discovery Center (BODC)  ex
