The Scotland Ecology Team delivers services primarily through a series of frameworks on small to large scale projects. This covers a range of sectors including power generation and transmission, rail, built infrastructure, support to local authorities, and defence, while also being market leaders in the water utilities sector in Scotland. Our work brings a huge variety of projects within a range of locations from coastal areas, lowlands, to the uplands. The role of Senior Ecologist will be varied and importantly will strike a balance between office based and site work. It will involve the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of ecology projects in support of the Team Leader, our wider environmental team, while also being a key component of our multi-disciplinary project teams.
