The post resides in the Dwyfor and Meirionnydd Environment Team in Dolgellau but operates across North-West Wales. The applicant can be home based or work from any NRW office. They will be contracted to the Dolgellau office where they will be required to attend for regular meetings, which will be at least twice a month, with the remaining work schedule to be discussed on appointment. To ensure an appropriate balance of skills in the team, this role requires a technical specialism in Water Resources, especially HydroPower schemes. A large part of the work will be to oversee the North-West area’s delivery of Water Resources inspections and regulation.
