About the role As Senior Horticulturist, you will be ensuring the effective delivery of horticultural services including maintenance, programming, restoration, and preparation of horticultural assessments. You will also develop and implement WHS policies and manage and analyse plant records data for the living collections. Overseeing a team of horticulturists, horticultural labourers and apprentices; you must be a positive team player who is able to work autonomously and lead form the front, ensuring the expected standard of work is maintained at all times.
