You will have international experience of working in the agriculture sector, with a clear understanding of the challenges around sustainability.

You will be an excellent people manager, focused on enabling your team members to develop and deliver in their roles. Collaboration is essential and you will be a proven team player responsive to the needs of colleagues and partners.
