Summary The Senior Project Manager (SPM) coordinates and oversees the work of staff, contractors and external partners to manage, protect, enhance and restore the conservation, agricultural and recreational values of SLT lands. The SPM supports both program and external development initiatives to ensure that priorities align with organizational goals and resources. This position initiates, implements and directs natural resource management, research, and restoration/ enhancement projects, and solicits and administers major grants and mitigation services agreements. In addition, the SPM develops goals and strategies for the protection and preservation of SLT lands and resources, and coordinates with staff on other programmatic projects.
