We are recruiting two seasonal Senior Research Assistants (one 3 month and one 1.5 months post) for the delivery of the RSPB-funded Seabird Tagging Trial project in the Flamborough and Filey Coast SPA. This is a unique opportunity to apply one’s seabird handling and ringing expertise to significantly improve our understanding of device effects on seabirds. Both roles will be based near Bempton/Flamborough and accommodation will be arranged. The longer role will commence at the beginning of May and will end at the end of July/early August (~3months), while the shorter role will start early June until mid-July (~1.5 months). Accommodation will be arranged and there will be strict Covid risk assessment to adhere to. NOTE: This application is the for the longer role (~3 months)
