Context:  Leads the Organizing Department in growing its data culture and related practices. Plans and manages processes for the Organizing Department to integrate movement technology, tools, and practices that increase the effectiveness of our organizing work and help us measure and evaluate the impact of our power-building work in an ongoing way. In addition, works with analysis of the aforementioned to tell a clear and impactful story about power-building and the efficacy of current practices.
