June 18 - August 26, work on trails through the heart of the West Coast's most remote wilderness areas. The Wilderness Conservation Corps (WCC) provides interns a powerful entry into a competitive work environment and career tracks in the outdoors. Corps members complete challenging projects over the course of 10-day work hitches during which crews are self supported. Work across Southwest Oregon and Northwest California's Siskiyou Mountains to help conserve the area's world class trail networks. Interns utilize non-mechanized tools to complete trail restoration and maintenance projects while gaining job credentials and professional skills.
