The Social Media Intern works in a fast-paced environment and is able to work both independently and in teams to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks. This position reports to the Social Media Specialist and assists in executing Oceana’s social media strategy to support our campaigns, promote our brand awareness and further our fundraising goals. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions: 1.    Draft and schedule content to be posted on Oceana’s key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube with Oceana campaign updates, calls to action, fundraising efforts, and more. 2.    Engage with social media follower engagements and comments across Oceana’s key social media platforms.
