Ocean Associates, Inc. (OAI) is seeking an individual to provide support to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), West Coast Region. OAI supplies personnel support services on contract to government and industry clients for marine fisheries and protected species. Background The Communications and External Affairs (CEA) Branch of NOAA Fisheries’ West Coast Region (WCR) develops pro-active communications strategies to share information about the WCR’s programs and activities to conserve living marine resources. This work requires that complex scientific and policy information is made understandable and accessible to a wide range of audiences, and available through various online and print platforms. T
