Objectives of the assignment
  • Support planning activities with compliance to the CRBA, as well as support and build capacity of Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) in participatory community engagement, implementation of FPIC and developing the local-level GRMs. He/she will be under the general supervision of the Site Coordinator and the direct technical supervision and guidance from the Social Safeguards focal point.
  • Work closely with Technical Assistants (TAs), CLOs, the Site coordinator, local communities and FPIC/CRBA focal point, as well as national legal consultants and other staff and experts involved in all Result areas (Rs) who plan to engage with communities in their respective activities.
