The Somerset Nature Connections Project Officer will help develop and deliver opportunities that support adults and young people who are experiencing, or vulnerable to, physical and mental health concerns. Working as part of the Somerset Nature Connections Team the post will deliver programmes that meet the needs of the participants whilst working in conjunction with partners of the Somerset Wildlife Trust.
