This is an exciting opportunity for a Reserves Assistant to join Somerset Wildlife Trust’s experienced team of eight dedicated and professional land managers in one of the most biodiverse counties of England. You will work across south and west Somerset on the practical estate management of a number of fantastic nature reserves as well as the implementation of reserve projects. You will be working closely with contractors and dedicated volunteers.  You should be physically fit, be willing to work flexibly and possess the necessary ‘tickets’ and/or certificates to operate a range of machinery and equipment.  You will be required to work independently and as part of a team and will also have the energy and enthusiasm to organise and motivate teams of volunteers. This will be a fanta
