Full time role on a fixed term contract for one year, based in Taunton, Somerset Somerset Wildlife Trust is seeking an exceptional individual for this exciting role within the Trust. The role exists to plan, coordinate and carry out a study of the wetland and aquatic ecological networks on the Somerset Levels and Moors using European eels (Anguilla anguilla) as a focal species. You will have proven experience working with nature conservation organisations and a background in habitat surveying, habitat mapping and the collation of multiple datasets. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience of wetland systems and knowledge of fish ecology.
