Role overview The successful applicant will work to implement the NatureSpace Partnership South Midlands great crested newt (GCN) district licence scheme within the planning functions of four local authorities in Oxfordshire (South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse District Council, Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council) and will be the main point of contact for all aspects of the GCN licencing scheme within those authorities. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with an environmental degree, or someone looking to kickstart their career in ecology.
