Bay Area Community Program Manager The Student Conservation Association (SCA) has a mission to create the next generation of conservation leaders. Historically, youth, and particularly youth from under-represented and low-income communities, have not been entrusted with positions of leadership or given the opportunities to create change. SCA is committed to changing this dynamic in the DC metro area and across the country. Position Summary The SCA provides an array of community programming across the country. The Bay Area Community Program Manager is responsible for the safe, complete, and successful execution of SCA’s various programs in and around the Bay Area in accordance with the uniform practices and procedures established by SCA
