This position is responsible for delivery of Wildlife Resources Division programs and services within DGIF’s Region 1. Plans, coordinates and implements terrestrial wildlife habitat, wildlife conflict resolution and population management programs on private and public lands. Provides technical assistance to public and private landowners concerning wildlife management issues. Participates in Division species committees to support technical analysis, regulations development and planning associated with wildlife management and research programs. Biological and sociological data are collected, reviewed and analyzed to formulate wildlife regulation and management recommendations.
