The Stewardship Intern will assist in environmental interpretation and management of natural resources in northeast Florida for North Florida Land Trust. Primary field responsibilities center around Bogey Creek Preserve, a public access preserve in the Pumpkin Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville. The Stewardship Intern will be responsible for development of creative virtual outreach programming, as well as preserve upkeep and trail maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Environmental Interpretation & Outreach
  • Create virtual or self-led outreach programs that educate the community on NFLT’s mission.
  • Cultivate new or existing partnerships with local community groups to promote awareness of NFLT.
