Zeehondencentrum Pieterburen, is a specialized hospital in the north of the Netherlands, dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured, orphaned and sick seals. Every year we rehabilitate on average 200 native seals, Harbor (Phoca vitulina) /Grey (Halichoerus grypus)  seals, and return them back to the wild.

About the role

We’re looking for an intern or volunteer who will join our colleagues in the visitor centre. The visitor centre plays a crucial role in our work. The goal of our visitor centre is to welcome the visitors, educate them about our work and making them enthusiastic about supporting the centre.
