Colorado State University and the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) in cooperation with Travis Air Force Base (AFB) is conducting an Urban Forest Survey in the Summer of 2021 at Travis AFB, California. CEMML is looking for hires with experience through work or courses involving urban forest tree identification in California. Those employed must be able to walk five or more miles a day in developed areas. Employees will use data loggers to document species and locations. Colorado State University conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hourly pay begins at $20. Positions begin in May 2021.
