We are looking for a highly-motivated Environmental Professional to join our busy Waste Management and Sustainability teams.   The successful candidate will be responsible for encouraging and facilitating action by communities and voluntary groups in support the Council’s Climate Change and Resources & Waste Strategies.   You will have demonstrable experience in planning and delivering change by engaging and empowering people to make a difference, and in developing and supporting organisations and individuals to deliver sustainable outcomes.   You will be a persuasive and enthusiastic communicator, comfortable with engaging both at grass roots and senior management levels.   It is envisaged that the post-holder will work on a 50/50 basis
