The Systems Analyst II is responsible for assisting with analyzing, supporting and performing Enterprise Production Operations services to optimize organizations efficiency.  They will support enhancing the reliability, availability, and performance of Enterprise Production Operations activities through-out the organization.  They will perform prompt and effective day to day information services to business users and provide Tier II support.  The services supplied by this person are in the areas of secure managed file transfers, vendor interface management, production processing, test execution and job schedule monitoring.
