POSITION SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide routine administrative support and coordination of recruitment activities for the Director for Global Talent Acquisition and hiring managers. They will perform all administrative duties associated with the full life cycle of the hiring process at CI. This includes posting jobs, scheduling interviews, note-taking, ensuring that the applicant tracking system is updated for compliance purposes, doing basic screening of CVs, supporting reference and background checks, setting up orientation schedules and closing out the hiring process in cooperation with CI People Operations (CIPO) staff.
