We are looking for motivated individual to work in partnership with other conservation bodies, landowners and local communities to deliver a shared vision for the Tees Estuary as an exemplar for nature conservation, with thriving habitats, plant communities and populations of birds and animals, and which underpins sustainable economic growth and business investment in the area. The Tees Estuary Recovering Nature Project (TERN) aims to create a local network of wildlife-rich places, expanding, improving and connecting these spaces across the Tees Valley area. TERN aims to:
  • Act as a pilot for nature recovery within the much larger landscape scale of the Tees Valley and to be used as a springboard for a more ambitious, holistic project that will encompass external funding.
