The North East Scotland Biodiversity Steering Group is a partnership established to progress the North East Scotland Local Biodiversity Action Plan. The Group consists of representatives from the following organisations: Aberdeenshire, Moray and Aberdeen City Councils, Forestry Commission Scotland, Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, National Farmers’ Union of Scotland, Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Scottish Government Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate, Scottish Natural Heritage and the James Hutton Institute.
