Serving the greater Boston and MetroWest area, The Nature Connection works with undeserved individuals whose challenges include emotional trauma, mental illness, physical disabilities, and memory loss including Alzheimer’s. The Nature Connection delivers programs to special needs schools, psychiatric treatment centers, elder facilities, Alzheimer’s care programs, and urban after-school programs. The Nature C
