Position Overview Reporting to the director, editorial, the officer is responsible for conceptual and line editing a variety of products published in print and online —including but not limited to reports, issue briefs, fact sheets, press releases, news stories, blog posts, letters to the editor, and opinion columns. The position may also include reviewing, together with graphic designers and policy specialists, accompanying content such as tables, graphs, charts, and illustrations. This position is located in the Washington, DC, office. Responsibilities
  • Carefully and thoughtfully line edit, for clarity and impact, a variety of editorial products for both print and web, working with policy experts and communications staff on the content, structure, and language.
